Paula began her career at just 18 in the planning department at VegaOlmosPonce (now PonceBuenosAires). After five years’ work, she bought a backpack and went travelling around Europe, before returning to work in Leo Burnett as a regional planner. She later moved to McCann, and then to Grey.
Partly out of curiosity and partly through patience, across her 10 years’ experience Paula worked in diverse places and with different responsibilities. She has worked as a planner, community manager, digital strategist, and marketing analyst for brands such as Unilever, P&G, Danone, Coca-Cola, L’Oreal Paris, Mondelez, Nestlé, Nike, and Google.
Among other things, Paula has been a member of the Account Planning Group (APG) since 2009. She participated in the first trainee course they gave, and has been an active resource for one of the biggest trends pages in the world: “Trendwatching”. She also gives strategy classes in universities whenever she can.
