Paula began working in pre-school education whilst studying psychology.
In 1996, almost by accident, she started to work at Ogilvy Argentina. A few years later, again almost by accident, she found herself leading the accounts team for Unilever, Kodak, Kraft y DHL. During these years, which coincided with the brutal crisis felt throughout Argentina, she managed to get the agency to invest in training, so over those years she studied various programs at the IAE Business School.
At the end of 2007 she was called by DraftFCB to become accounts manager for one of their primary clients, SC Johnson Argentina. She then began to take on others such as Merisant and Editorial Atlantida.
At the end of 2011 she retired from publicity to launch her own startup in design and decoration, with interesting success.
At the end of 2013 tempted her once again, offering half a year’s supply work as regional director for SCJ and Kraft. Once that finished, she happily went back to her small business.
In March 2015, Diego Luque introduced her to Picnic and she came back to the grind, third time lucky. Picnic was just too irresistible.
