Buenos Aires office
Paula’s life started in the Buenos Aires neighbourhood of Villa Crespo, just a few blocks away from where, years later, Picnic’s B.A. offices would be located. Raised Jewish and Catholic, between potato knishes and Christmas in the city of Lincoln, one could say she has always had to deal with the contradictions and complexities of life. At the same time, she found this bicultural education very enriching and thus chose to go for the best of both worlds.
Always knowing that advertising was her thing, she enrolled in Social Communication Sciences at the University of Buenos Aires. A few years later, she began her professional career at Ogilvy, working as a receptionist for three hours a day. A few months later she switched to the Account Management department where for seven years she took on different roles and projects for clients such as Santander Río, La Virginia, GlaxoSmithKline and Kimberly-Clark. Then, an opportunity arose at Grey. There, as Account Supervisor for Coca-Cola South Latin, she got to work in a new territory: Shopper Marketing.
Her enthusiasm for trying different things led her to join HT Content as Account Director in 2014, where she led regional communication projects in Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility for DIRECTV Latin America and Mondelēz, among others.
In 2018, Paula has come full circle, joining Picnic Buenos Aires as Project Leader and returning to her childhood neighbourhood.
