Sara is the eldest in a 5 siblings family so understand, collaborate, empathize and put people at the core is already part of her essence in a way and almost vital for her survival:-)!!
Graduated in Advertising and Public Relations at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, she started her professional career in advertising joining McCann Erickson handling campaigns for the newborn online business agency Rumbo, FMCG Fanta, Aquarius, Diet Coke and others in different stages such as Prosegur or Yellow Pages.
In 2005 she decides to start in the creative boutique model joining the founding team of Lado C for Renault advertiser in Spain, where the creativity makes the difference and allows her during 4 years developing her creative and strategic capabilities, being as well part of the first promotion of Bootcamp for Strategic Planning at Miami Ad School.
In 2009 she bets on a new vital stage moving to Paris to join Nestlé Central Team as International Account Director in Publicis Conseil where she develops brand strategy work for Maggi and Buitoni building an ad hoc model for digital communication for both global food brands.
Back to Spain in 2011, she continues leading teams for Garnier (L’Oréal) in Publicis Groupe during the agency transition building the model for integrated teams (off & on) and a new opportunity comes to make her join Leo Burnett to keep growing working for Christmas Lottery (SELAE) during 2 years.
With gained experience during advertising career and guided by the desire to find a new focus in her development she starts a sabbatical period and takes the Design Thinking & Innovation Strategy Master at Miami Ad School making reality what it has always been her passion: brand strategies that bring value for brands because they understand how to bring value to people’s lives and ultimately generate a positive impact for society beyond business.
It’s her way to re-connect with her essence now linked to her professional motivation.
Sara collaborates with Picnic since April 2019 as Project Leader, making it happen!
